1)    Difference in meaning of Physical Education and Physical Education

One of the questions frequently asked by teachers penjas lately is: "What is physical education?" The question is quite strange that this is precisely expressed by the mostentitled to answer that question.

It is possible that at the previous time the teacher feels himself not as a teacher penjas, but physical education teachers. Change of views took place following a change of name shall be subject in the curriculum of education in Indonesia, from the subjects of sports and health education (orchestra) in the 1984 curriculum, a lesson "physical education and health" (PE) in kurikulum1994.

The name change is not equipped with learning resources that explain the meaning and purpose of the second term. As a result, most teachers think that the name change did not have differences, and implementation are considered equal. Whereas the philosophical content of the second term above really different, so the goal was different. The question is, what is the difference between physical education with physical education?

Physical education means education program through motion or games and sports. It contains the meaning of that movement, games, or a particular sport chosen is just a tool to educate. Educate what? Most do not focus on the skills of the child. This can be either physical and motor skills, thinking skills and problem solving skills, and can alsoemotional and social skills.

2)    children's education

The Positive Influence of Being Involved in your Child’s Education

It has been shown many times over in research studies that a parent who is involved in their child’s education has a positive impact. It’s reflected in improved grades and test scores, strong attendance, a higher rate of homework completion, higher graduation rates, improved attitudes and behaviors in the child, as well as the child being more likely to become involved in positive extra-curricular activities. Send out the message early in your child’s education that your home is an involved and active supporter of their learning.

Probably the most important element of a positive learning environment at home is structure. But what is too little or too much?  If we’re too lenient or expect too little, your child may become disorganized or unmotivated.  If we’re too rigid and strict, it can cause undue pressure or cause your child to feel unable to deliver on your expectations.
So what’s the best way to meet in the middle and create a positive learning environment for your child at home?
Help your child develop a work area where they can study and focus without being interrupted. Children usually do better when they have a private study area away from interruption. If your child prefers doing their work at the kitchen table, make sure other family members understand the kitchen is off-limits during study time.  Make sure your child has plenty of supplies and reference materials available and that the area has plenty of light.  Regardless of its location, ensure the area is quiet and that your child can study and work uninterrupted.

3)     GLOBAL WARMING IN INDONESIA

The impact of global warming / global warming in Indonesia include the change of seasons in which the dry season becomes longer, causing crop failures, water crisis and forest fires.
Another effect is the loss of many species of flora and fauna, especially in Indonesia which has a variety of species such as coral bleaching of 30 percent or as much as 90-95 percent of coral died in the Thousand Islands due to rising sea temperatures. In addition, the study of the Meteorology and Geophysics Agency said in February 2007 was a period with high rainfall intensity during the last 30 years in Indonesia. This indicates that climate change caused by global warming.
Indonesia is located on the equator, is the very first country that will feel the impact of climate change. The impact has been felt that in 1998 became the year with the hottest temperatures and increasing in subsequent years. 2070 is estimated at about 800 thousand homes are located on the coast had to be moved and as many as 2,000 of 18 thousand islands in Indonesia will be submerged due to rising sea water.

4)     The Danger Of Smooking

About the dangers of smoking in general, I feel I have much to know, especially for people who smoke cigarettes every day, because it’s in every pack of cigarettes there are writings about the dangers of smoking, such as this. SMOKING CAN CAUSE CANCER, HEART ATTACK, impotence AND PREGNANCY AND FETAL DISORDERS.
But surprisingly despite the pack or packs of cigarettes are contained writings about the dangers of smoking are very scary, still many who smoke.
Cigarettes contain more than four thousand substances and two thousand of them have been declared impact is not good for our health, such as radioactive materials (polonium-201) and materials used in the paint (acetone), washing the floor (ammonia), ubat silverfish (naphthalene), insecticide (DDT), termite poison (arsenic), toxic gases (hydrogen cyanide) used in the “death chamber” for pesalah who undergo the death penalty, and many more. And substances in cigarettes are the most dangerous is the Tar, Nicotine and Carbon Monoxide. Tar contains approximately forty three ingredients that cause cancer or called by carcinogens. Nicotine has a substance in cigarettes that can cause addiction, which led to these users is very difficult to quit cigarette smoking. Nicotine is the substance in cigarettes that cause heart disease risk, 25 percent of people with heart disease caused by smoking

5)     articles about music and mp3
Invented in 1991, MPEG (Motion Picture Experts Group) Layer 3 – file type better known under the name of mp3 – remarked itself in less than 10 months from the launch as the most performing audio format on the web. And it is no wonder: the sound is excellent, Downloads are fats, and the variety of the products available in this format is overwhelming. The huge competition in the online audio war between Real Audio and Shock Wave produced by Macromedia has been step over at once by the new comer.
Mp3 is digital form of compression audio streams that came to life after 15 years of acoustic research. Mp3 can make an audio file up to 12 times smaller than the original file.

Being so small the mp3file still has all the perceptible audio details, giving up only those that the human ear cannot hear.
According to the declaration of engineers from the Fraunhoffer Institute, a pioneer company in the mp3 technology, this system explores the properties of the human ear, trying to maintain the original sound quality, in the boundaries of what is possible. Although it is not as clear as an audio CD, an mp3 still is an enormous realization when it comes to sound quality for such a big compression rate.
Another huge advantage the mp3 format represents is the stocking capacity. Five minutes of music on a CD take up about 40 MB, but if they were in mp3 format they could take only 3, 5 MB.

Researchers in the field of psychology have found that one of the best ways to make
an important decision, such as choosing a university to attend or a business to invest in,
involves the utilization of a decision worksheet. Psychologists who study optimization
compare the actual decisions made by people to theoretical ideal decisions to see how
(5 )similar they are. Proponents of the worksheet procedure believe that it will yield
optimal, that is, the best decisions. Although there are several variations on the exact
format that worksheets can take, they are all similar in their essential aspects.
Worksheets require defining the problem in a clear and concise way and then listing all
possible solutions to the problem. Next, the pertinent considerations that will be
(10) affected by each decision are listed, and the relative importance of each consideration
or consequence is determined. Each consideration is assigned a numerical value to
reflect its relative importance. A decision is mathematically calculated by adding these
values together. The alternative with the highest number of points emerges as the best
decision.

(15) Since most important problems are multifaceted, there are several alternatives to
choose from, each with unique advantages and disadvantages. One of the benefits of a
pencil and paper decision-making procedure is that it permits people to deal with more
variables than their minds can generally comprehend and remember. On the average,
people can keep about seven ideas in their minds at once. A worksheet can be
(20) especially useful when the decision involves a large number of variables with complex
relationships. A realistic example for many college students is the question “What will
I do after graduation?” A graduate might seek a position that offers specialized
training, pursue an advanced degree, or travel abroad for a year.
A decision-making worksheet begins with a succinct statement of the problem that
(25) will also help to narrow it. It is important to be clear about the distinction between
long-range and immediate goals because long-range goals often involve a different
decision than short-range ones. Focusing on long-range goals, a graduating student
might revise the question above to “What will I do after graduation that will lead to a
successful career?”
